Summit view cottage boasts 3 acres in the beautiful green mountains, we are 1,700 feet up in elevation . At this brand newly built PET FRIENDLY cabin you will have 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, which will sleep 7 comfortably. We have a brand new 6 person HOT TUB! You will find yourself within 15 minutes to the world famous Stratton mtn, 15 minutes from Bromley mtn and a close 4 minutes to the local Magic mtn.Very close proximity to the town of Manchester, which has great shops and restaurants

Guest House at Hummingbird Hill

Our small above-garage guesthouse on the New York-Vermont border is a retreat from busy life. The open floor plan, airy apartment has windows on all sides & overlooks woods & meadow. The guesthouse is ideal for those looking to get away from electronics and the internet (note: no Wifi), and hike and bike the area’s trails, and/or paddle the Battenkill River and area lakes. Or just sit on the deck with a book and cup of tea or glass of wine. Pets are welcome (we do charge a small fee for pets)!

East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the beautiful Green Mountains of VT and the gorgeous Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. We also have the West Cabin available for your extended family and friends.

The Farm Cottage

Take a break and unwind at this little peaceful oasis. A little bit of the country is right beside you with the neighing horses and clucking chickens who roam our property. We are close to Bennington College, great restaurants and Robert Frost house. We are 35 minutes from Manchester where you’ll find terrific outlet shopping and a variety of restaurants. Bromley Mountain is just beyond Manchester in Peru, Vt. It is a year around resort with water slides in summer and skiing in winter .

From our quaint one-story house, you can see a variety of scenery, from the bright changing colors of the leaves in the autumn to the soft piles of snow in the winter. Experience the quiet of the nearby woods, and see roaming animals such as deer or turkey. Make sure to stop at one of the nearby lakes, each of which offers a variety of amenities, and lush scenery. In the winter, keep warm in the cozy living room next to the fireplace, while having a chat with your friends and family.

Beautifully restored 18th century farmhouse situated on 4.6 private acres within a 180 acre working farm. Five bedrooms, wood stoves, ample living space, and a cheery sun room with gorgeous views make this house one of a kind. Our backyard features an in-ground, heated, salt water swimming pool (open May to mid-Oct), fire pit (open year-round), large outdoor dining table, gas grill, and a deck with lounge seating and jacuzzi (open year-round). Parties and events are not allowed.
