This stunning 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom oceanfront condo, Surf Villas, is located in the gated community of Sawgrass Beach Club, minutes from fine dining and high-end shopping in Ponte Vedra Beach. The house was build in the 70s and has a fantastic beach flair. It’s our vacation spot and it’s renovated the way we love it. This place creates amazing memories. It has 4 bedrooms: -Master with King bed -Bedroom with Queen bed -Bedroom with King bed -Bedroom with 2 single beds Our house has excellent backyard with expansive grass at the same level as the beach (no decks or stairs). I frequently grill and do a quick dip in the ocean between the flips.
