Historic James Kinney Farm House

We have a lovingly restored 1863 brick Farm House designed to relieve stress and reintroduce you and your family to nature's awesome beauty. The house resides on a privately owned, multi-acre working farm listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Inside are 8 beautiful rooms with hardwood floors, fully updated Kitchen, 1st floor Utility Room with full bath, plus a 2nd floor shower & bathroom combo. Upstairs are 2 queen beds and 1 twin day bed, and downstairs is 1 queen couch bed.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This newly built cottage has it all. Two bedrooms (plus loft), 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8. The main floor bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom located beside it. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and also has a full bathroom next to it. The large loft has a sleeper sofa that will sleep two as well as a dedicated workspace area. The basement level has a rec room with a sleeper sofa, half bath and laundry. Come and enjoy nature.

With easy access to I-70 it's the perfect stop-over if you're on your way through town, but if you're planning on a longer visit it's also a comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting family or friends or just exploring our fun small town. Only minutes away from Oglebay resort and waterfall, Wesbanco Arena, The Capital Theater, Centre Market and more, this quiet and cozy cottage is designed for you to come to and relax from your adventure. Located in the beautiful historic Woodsdale neighborhood, you will have access to a private garage with alley access and your cottage above. With privacy and a safe, very walkable neighborhood, this is perfect for single travelers, students, couples and smaller families.

Studio on Chestnut

The studio is spacious and cozy. Located in the small village of Barnesville which is 7 minutes from I-70. It’s the perfect place for a couples getaway or a solo retreat. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker and all the essentials that are needed. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use. The bathroom has a shower but no bathtub. The Studio is attached to the back of a larger house. There is no entrance between the Studio and house. There is private parking.

We love everything about our hillside home next to Grand Vue Park and enjoy how much our guest love it too. This space was designed with love and attention to detail. The extremely spacious suite with private entrance has a beautiful covered deck overlooking our hillside pasture and the wooded land behind us. An entire wall of windows offer perfect views. Many guest say the King size bed is most comfortable they have ever slept in . The bathroom is simply dreamy.
