Stockholms central tar 7 minuter med tåg. På promenadavstånd finns Mall of Scandinavia med över 200 affärer/resturanger samt strövområden runt sjöar och skog. En gratis parkeringsplats ingår i anslutning till huset. Studion är totalrenoverad, komplett kök och tvättmaskin finns. Mataffär finns vid tågstationen 7 minuters promenad.

Fint belägen stuga på baksidan av välskött och lugn trädgård. Tillgång till badrum, dusch och toalett i huvudbyggnaden. Promenadavstånd till pendeltåg/kollektivtrafik mot Stockholm C. Fri parkering på tomten. Wifi ingår. Inga djur och ingen rökning tillåts i gäststugan eller på tomten.

Två våningsplan badrum/wc i båda planen. Öppen planlösning i nedre planen. Jag hyr ut mitt hus medans den väntar försäljning. Det finns allt i köket ( för ca 6 personer) att kunna laga mat och äta. From Jakobsberg Station (a 8-10 minutes walk from our house) you'll reach the Central Station in 20 minutes by taking the Suburban Train. We have a huge garden well suited for playing kids and recreation. Near by shop open 9am to 9pm 7+ rooms

Nybyggd lägenhet i toppläge

Stor och rymlig lägenhet mitt i Barkarbystaden. Här finns det bra kommunikation med bussar precis utanför. Från närmsta tågstation når du City på knappa 15 minuter. Lägenheten är fullt möblerad med allt vad som kan tänkas så ni kan flytta in på en gång. Lägenheten uthyres minst en månad men enligt överenskommelse med flexibelt tillträde. Tveka inte att höra av dig om du har några funderingar.

One apartment with private entrance and private parking, part of a villa in the suburb of Stockholm. You have nature just outside the house. The house is in a calm and safe area. There is one Queensize bed for 2 and one sofa bed for 2. You can either walk 15-20 minuts to the train station Jakobsberg or take the bus to the station. With the train it takes 20 minutes to central Stockholm.

Nybyggt attefallshus 30m2 + loft 11 m2 med alla bekvämligheter i Sollentuna 9 km från Stockholm. 15 minuters promenad till pendeltåg. Huset ligger i Helenelund/Fågelsången med närhet till Järvafältet. Huset ligger bara ett par kilometer från en trevlig strand i Edsviken och 2km till EdsbergsEdsbergs Sportfält med skidbacke, bikepark, höghöjdsbana, löparslingor och konstgräsplaner.
