We purchased this house so we can visit our family on holidays or while traveling the Mid Western UnitedStates. We just renovated and are super excited to host others, we have 3 bedrooms to offer with a choice of a king, queen and a full bed. Enjoy nearby places to eat and have a cup of coffee at Havana's coffee house. Just 3 miles to Old Town Janesville along the Rock river.

Vast Lake Koshkonong Views from Pier, Deck, & Home

Our 3 Bedroom, 12 Bathroom House is located directly on the shores of Lake Koshkonong. The back deck overlooks thousands of acres of lake with endless lake views. Just steps off the deck, one can enjoy the grassy landscape leading to the lakeside fire-pit. Then continue out onto the end of the 140 foot top notch pier. The pier (seasonally of course) includes a bench on the end and stairs into the water so that you can take a refreshing swim on our sandy bottom shoreline.

Our Cozy Cottage features 3 comfortable bedrooms and nightly magnificent sunsets. Nestled on a country road, the house offers plenty of space to rest after visiting Lake Geneva, Lauderdale lakes, biking at Kettle Moraine or site seeing in the area. It’s close to Walworth County fair grounds where the flea market, Das Fest and Rib Fest are held. This is country living with plenty of opportunity to enjoy the beautiful outdoors or the peace and quiet of the countryside.
