Stone house in the most trendy place in Bordeaux

Our home is in an exceptional location right on Place des Chartrons, famous for its authentic village life in the heart of the city. The whole house will be yours to enjoy! Wake up in the morning with the natural light coming true the windows ! Fully renovated in 2014, our duplex home is tastefully decorated with a mix of antiques and flea market finds, giving it a chic but relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. It features Bordeaux's typical stone walls, wooden floors, a fireplace and high ceilings. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a living room with dining area, and a separate kitchen. One bedroom has a single bed and a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) on the mezzanine. The other two bedrooms each have a large double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The whole house will be yours to enjoy! I will be very happy to communicate with you by email and telephone. And as a Bordelaise myself I can provide you with all the addresses and useful information you need to make your holiday an enjoyable and memorable experience. This house is in Les Chartrons, which used to be the wine merchants' and sailors’ district back in the 18th century. It’s since been transformed into a chic neighborhood, known for its antiques shops and fashion boutiques. If you arrive by car, you can park on the street outside or in a private parking (Parking de la Cité Mondiale) located 4 minutes by feet from the house. The nearest Tram stop is only 2 minutes away: "Place Paul Doumer" Tram C, and "CAPC" Tram A. A direct tram will take you from the train station to the house: take tram C, direction "Les Aubiers" and stop "Place Paul Doumer". A direct tram will take you from the house to the Parc des Expositions . You can rent bicycles at the Vcub station or a car at the Bluecub station. Both stations are very close to your house. The basement has a separate entrance and contains space for bicycles or a moped should you decide to rent one. Please note that during Christmas and New Year’s Eve, the minimum stay is 5 days.

Situé dans un très bel immeuble en pierre, datant du XVIIIe siècle, cet appartement a été entièrement refait à neuf dans un esprit loft. Vous en apprécierez le calme et le confort ainsi que son emplacement en plein centre de Bordeaux. Appartement au 3e étage, sans ascenseur. L'appartement se compose d'un vaste et agréable salon de 32 m2, d'une chambre et d'une salle de bains en duplex. Il est possible de faire dormir 2 enfants sur les 2 canapés du salon équipés chacun d'un matelas confortable de 80/200cm. Dans la grande et agréable cuisine baignée de lumière vous trouverez tout le confort : lave vaisselle, lave linge, four, four à micro ondes, plaques à induction, grille pain et machine à café Nespresso. 4 parkings publics sont à proximités entre 3 à 5 minutes à pied. Attention l'appartement se trouve au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Je me tiendrai à la disposition des voyageurs avant et tout au long de leur séjour afin d'apporter les renseignements nécessaires sur la ville, ses activités ... L'adresse prestigieuse de cet appartement vous permettra de profiter à pied de toute la ville de Bordeaux : la place Gambetta, les Grand Hommes et le Grand Théâtre mais aussi, bien entendu, les musées, les boutiques et les restaurants. Vous bénéficiez de tous les transports en commun (bus et tram) à proximité immédiate de l'appartement, ainsi que des navettes pour l'aéroport, taxis et parkings publics. Vous serez à 10 minutes en tram de la gare Saint Jean. Nous remercions nos voyageurs de bien vouloir respecter la quiétude du lieu, notre appartement ne convient pas pour faire la fête.

Flat on a driving avenue for cars and buses. Windows are with double glazing. It is well equipped (wifi, Tv, queen size bed ....) and will allow you a comfortable stay. A few steps from the Palace of Justice, it is in the heart of the city center. Tram A and B , Bus G at : 50m. Supermarket, bakeries and restos nearby .

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

In the center of Bordeaux this nice 2 rooms of 46m2 welcomes you in very comfortable level. The decor is neat, quality amenities, queen size bed (160x200) with comfortable mattresses. The large balcony with a beautiful view of the place Gambetta and the rue du Palais Gallien will allow you to lunch in the sun. Very close to Place Gambetta (pole exchange transport) you will be 5mn of the tram and bus(direct airport / station) check in 2:00-7:00pm. No late check in

Studio cosy et calme dans hôtel particulier

Studio indépendant situé dans notre maison, proche du centre et disponible du dimanche soir au vendredi matin, idéal étudiant en alternance ou travailleur en déplacement. Ce studio de 15m2, entièrement rénové est parfaitement équipé avec lit 140 cm neuf, salle d'eau ouverte (douche et WC), coin cuisine. Vous apprécierez notre logement pour son lit confortable et son indépendance. /!\ Logement STRICTEMENT non-fumeur, pas d'autorisation de fumer devant la maison.
