Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Boendet är från 2022, är 30 kvm och erbjuder ett separat sovrum med en 180-säng samt en bäddbar futon på 140 cm inklusive bäddmadrass. Resesäng erbjuds till barnfamiljer. Köket är fullt utrustat med ugn, mikro, kylskåp, frysfack och två kokplattor. Badtunnan håller 40grader och ingår i boendet. Boendet är beläget 100 meter från närmsta badplats (brygga) vid Mälaren, 1,5km bort finns Mälarhöjdsbadet med sandstrand.

Upon request, we can arrange extra beds (foldable beds in bedroom or study room), allowing up to 10 guests in total. An additional charge of 200 SEK per person per night applies for each guest beyond 6. 30 min to city center by public transport, 15 min by car. Child-friendly！

Our house is located in Sollentuna, on top of a hill with great view over the area. Edsviken bay is a 10 min walk away, where you can go for a swim at one of the little beaches, a run around the bay or just a picnic. The commuter rail is just down the hill (4 min walk) and takes you to Stockholm Odenplan in 11 min and Stockholm C in 13 min. The train leaves every 6 min. The house has an open fire and big garden. It’s perfect for families with children

Beautiful house with jacuzzi

Welcome to our beautiful and charming house from 1921. The house has 3 floors and is tastefully decorated in a Scandinavian style. In the garden there is an outdoor jacuzzi heated to ~ 38 °C. Bed linen, towels, coffee, tea etc is included. Parking in front of our garage is free of charge. We have a lovely garden filled with fruit trees and berry bushes, where you can pick as much as you like! :) It's a perfect stay for a family (or two) with kids.
