This house has all of the things needed in a safe community in Iowa. The house has 1 bed and 1 bathroom. An air mattress is there as well if needed. The bedroom has a big dresser to store any clothes, as well as a large hang space for clothes in the laundry room. The living room has a large, super comfy couch. The kitchen has multiple cooking necessities. The property is pet friendly with a fenced in back yard.Starting toiletries, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies are provided.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our home is located in Newton, IA a couple of miles off the highway. It is about a 25 min drive to Adventureland, and about a 35 min drive to downtown Des Moines. It is also about 10 min from the racetrack. Our house has a theater room, 4 bedrooms, and 4.5 restrooms to make it comfortable for a small or large family. The home sits on an acre of land with room to play outside.

We have a huge house with 3 extra bedrooms now that our kids are all gone. Access to full size kitchen (we have 2 full kitchens), we live on a farm so there is access to our trails in our timber, pond for fishing, town is 4 miles away, Iowa Speedway is just up the road, there is a bar/restaurant/golf driving range right across the road. Historical Pella is only 25 minutes away. Des Moines is about 40 minutes away. Adventureland is 25 minutes
