Sam Parr State Park has a beautiful picnic area with an easy walk through the woods around the lake. And many other fun stops to enjoy!.

The Willows Bunkhouse 2 Sleep A

SHARED BUNKHOUSE YOU GET 1 Bed!This is a restored 1884 brick schoolhouse that has been a work in progress for 14 years so some areas are still being worked on. The Bunkhouse 2 space is one of the old upper classrooms being uniquely changed to to look like an 1884 type setting with bombed out brick $ plaster walls and old wood floor. The separation wall is our local milled lumber local trees including live edges. We are still working so thanks for your support.

Sleeping Bedroom with Communal Kitchen/TV Bathroom

We are renovating an 1884 school into a bed and breakfast. The project is still in the rough work stage in some areas but others are finished or very close and we are offering sleeping rooms to guests in various packages. This listing is for a sleeping bedroom with communal use of large tv/kitchen and bathroom and shower area. The property is a large 2.5 acre parcel also with some neighbors having chickens as an alarm clock if needed.

Come relax at our little cabin. Our place offers 2 full size and two twin beds. Perfect for guest wanting to come and stay and hunt or fish the public grounds. It’s a one room cabin with a full new shower house just a few steps away outside. You have your own bathroom. There are 2 other cabins located on the property but each small cabin has their own bathroom. Perfect for those hunting or fishing trips.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Come stay in our cabin and enjoy either fishing on Newton Lake or do some local hunting. We are only a couple miles from the main boat ramp and public hunting land. We are just starting out so we would love to know what you think. We still have a few things we are working on there but we hope we can make your stay as wonderful as possible.
