It's fully furnished with 2 bedrooms , a spacious living room, a native outdoor kitchen & veranda with a view of tropical gardens. We are located 6km drive from the city of Baybay, 20 min from VSU , 1 hr from Ormoc, 2 hrs to Maasin & 2h30 min drive from Tacloban. Lintaon peak is just 10 min away. Local Immersion , motorbike & swimming are good optional activities

Clean & comfortable home

The place has a gazebo with TV, outdoor sitting areas, two kitchens, a comfy and spacious living room with wall-mounted TV and internet, a separate washroom/CR, a hot and cold shower, two bedrooms - one bedroom with a queen-size bed and plenty of storage, the other room has a twin-over-double trindle bed (3 beds in total). Lots of greenery. In front is an almost empty lot with mango and other fruit-bearing trees. 15 mins to Ormoc, 10 mins to Albuera.

Our home is modeled as a Westerner's Dream. Not authentic to the local normal. We are 10 steps higher than other accommodations within 100 KMs from our home. The master bed is queen sized with a new mattress. New elegant fine linens are accompanied with this bed for the final touches to be equal as the high priced - 5 Star hotels in Cebu and Manila.
