Welcome to the Mustard Seed. We believe that big memories can be made with humble beginnings. We invite you to come experience country-style living in East Tennessee. We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

Welcome to historic Dandridge, TN! Bring your whole family to this home away from home. There's room for everyone! We're conveniently located right off interstate 40 (less than 3 miles). The entire house is private with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen with coffee bar, fenced in yard & 2 large decks for outdoor sitting! Whether you're visiting to explore one of the two beautiful lakes nearby, Douglas & Cherokee, or just need a quiet getaway, our home is the perfect place for you!

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

The Loft

Rocky Meadows Farm is a beautiful, rural landscape located in Blaine, Tennessee. We are conveniently located off Highway 11, providing easy access to: Downtown Knoxville (25mins) Sevierville (45mins) Cherokee Dam (30 mins) Big Ridge State Park (35 mins) The Loft is an old cattle barn we have renovated to create an amazing rustic getaway. It offers a spacious front porch, a small kitchenett, and a full bathroom with a hot shower!

Mountain View Guest Cottage

Stay cozy in our Dandridge cottage—5 min from Douglas Lake launches and close to Cherokee Lake too! This updated 400 sq. ft. miner’s cabin has a queen bed, sofa sleeper, WiFi/Netflix, new bath, and kitchenette. Great for couples, families, and tournament fishermen with room to park your boat.
