Parking for 3 cars in the driveway, **owners live in the main residence upstairs **, so finding help with any questions about the area or anything you need can be addressed very quickly. No access to/from main home upstairs.

Golf course community, walkout basement with private entry. Flat screen TV, WiFi, Private Bedroom. Large Family rm with pull out Queen sleeper sofa, pool table, Hardwood floors. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, Keurig. Toaster/hot plate and basic dishes/ cooking utensils are included. (one review stated dishes weren't clean) I was trying the whole open shelf look and didn't realize I would need to clean the dishes more often since they weren't in a cabinet) Private patio. Neighborhood is partially wooded, you may see wild turkeys, fox, and owls! 2 min from 700acre Iroquois Park, 10min from Churchill Downs, 17 minutes from downtown, and 7 minutes from the Louisville International airport.

Heated saltwater swimming pool and cabana with wet bar. Centrally located within 10 minutes from downtown, Churchill Downs, the Zoo, the airport, golf courses,and Kentucky Kingdom. Situated in a quiet, park-like neighborhood with ample parking. Owner occupies the main floor upstairs.

Two bedroom apartment located on picturesque Covered Bridge Road in Prospect, KY. There is a separate entrance with plenty of parking. Beautiful views of Kentucky landscape from every window. Our property is four acres with a meandering stream, forest, and fields. There is a fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher. The main bedroom includes a work space area and two closets. Feel free to grab a few eggs for breakfast if there are eggs in the nesting boxes.

Private section of home. There are no shared spaces, so you have privacy, but I do live on the other side of the house which is divided by a locked door. You have your own entrance through the front door, and off street parking. My entrance is the back of the house through the gate, which is off limits. Please be aware that 2 cats live on my side of the house, for those of you with allergies, but they won't have access to your space when you’re there.
