Lone Star North Cottage

Relax and recharge at this secluded, scenic getaway! Located on over 50 acres of farmland, this new build has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen with essentials & gas stove, two large porches with seating, parking on site, a grill, and a fire pit. Walking trails throughout the property. Boating, hunting, fishing, wildlife, and nature viewing are nearby. 4 miles from ART airport, 5 miles from Sackets Harbor & Lake Ontario, 7 miles from Watertown & Black River, and 20 miles from Fort Drum.

The Love Shack- 1 Bedroom Retreat

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

Lakehouse & Tiki Hut on Guffin Bay

The Bayside Villa is a beautifully renovated cottage on 100 feet of breathtaking private waterfront. It overlooks the serene Guffin Bay, which boasts some of the area's best fishing, swimming, boating & kayaking. You will enjoy relaxing days, the most breathtaking sunsets and cozy, starlit nights in front of the bonfire. The Tiki Hut is it's own retreat where you can read, play games or just stare at the water from a comfy chair. You will want to return here to make memories year after year!

Chaumont Bay Getaway | Luxury Waterfront/Hot Tub

The perfect place for your ice-fishing or winter getaways. Bring your snowmobiles or ATVs to access the ice directly from the property. Chaumont Bay, one of the world’s largest freshwater bay, is a sought-after destination known for ice fishing & winter sports. Utilize our 2-car garage to store your winter gear out of the elements. After a long day of ice fishing or snowmobiling, arrive home to warm up by the gas fireplace. Room to sleep 6-10. 3 bedrooms, 2 futons, & 2 sleeper sofas.

The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Grindstone Island Cottage in Private Bay

Come relax in Buck Bay. Our family cottage is situated right on the water in a private, peaceful bay with beautiful views. We are accessible only by private boat or water taxi, about 4 miles from Clayton, NY & Gananoque, Ontario. The house is perfect for 4 adults and 2-4 children or young adults. Recently updated furniture & linens, washer, dryer and more! The boathouse has about 4-8 feet of water depth and room for 2 boats. There is a swim float 30’ from shore. @buckbay.stay

Located within 1 mile of Main Street in Sackets Harbor NY. The one bedroom has a full sized bed. The cottage also has a pullout twin sized sleeper sofa in the sunroom.
