Cozy Cottage located only 15 minutes away from Fort Drum! ONE block away from Thompson Park/Zoo and only a 10min drive to Watertown mall! Fishing boats fit in Driveway. Bed is Firm! For any tourist visiting any upstate New York attractions, or simply looking for home away from home, this is your place! Two camera are installed; One in front entrance and one in the back. In addition to this residence, St. Drogo's house has a coffee roastery / coffee bar as well as an artisanal bakery located on the first floor. It is not directly on the River but it is about 1/4 away as the crow flies. It is very close to downtown. About a 5-minute drive or a nice, 20-minute walk. Level 2 EV charger.

The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.
