Welcome to the Mustard Seed. We believe that big memories can be made with humble beginnings. We invite you to come experience country-style living in East Tennessee. We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

Experience East Tennessee living on a farmette in Jefferson County, TN that boasts peaceful views of mountains and countryside. Our guesthouse is equipped with all the comforts of home plus plenty of space to let you relax while still being minutes from downtown Jefferson City, home of C-N Univ. Start your day with coffee on the large covered back porch while planning your day at Cherokee or Douglas Lake, exploring the Great Smoky Mountains or Panther Creek State Park, or visting Dollywood

Whether you're visiting to explore one of the two beautiful lakes nearby, Douglas & Cherokee, or just need a quiet getaway, our home is the perfect place for you!

Enjoy the sounds of a backyard waterfall as you sip your morning coffee. Relax by the firepit in the evenings. There is plenty of additional parking for car trailers if you are going to rod runs or watercraft at nearby lakes.

Welcome to the Wizard's Trolley of the Forgotten Forest! Inspired by your favorite books and movies, this extraordinary, one-of-a-kind trolley is exquisitely detailed for magical folks of all ages. Located close to the wonders of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Douglas Dam Lake and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the Forgotten Forest is a hidden retreat for those wizards and witches who want blend with the non-magical at all the nearby tourist attractions.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

Dandridge Hangouts

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located unit. Has open floor plan and large kitchen. Bathroom has been recently remodeled. All mattresses and bedding are brand new with 100% cotton sheets. Oversized, super comfy reclining leather seating. Our open layout makes this unit a great setting for game night, big meals and big FUN. Tv in every room and 5g free internet. Charcoal grill provided, Bunks are Full size beds. Guest must be 21 to rent.

Escape to our cozy retreat—a charming tiny home nestled behind the campground’s main house on our 7-acre property, just a stone’s throw from the lake. Relax in unique lofts or play 1,000+ retro games. Cook in the full kitchen or BBQ outside. Enjoy shared space with mini golf, volleyball, and more. Close to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. NOTE: This home is part of a developing campground and may have occasional activity nearby.

The Loft

Rocky Meadows Farm is a beautiful, rural landscape located in Blaine, Tennessee. We are conveniently located off Highway 11, providing easy access to: Downtown Knoxville (25mins) Sevierville (45mins) Cherokee Dam (30 mins) Big Ridge State Park (35 mins) The Loft is an old cattle barn we have renovated to create an amazing rustic getaway. It offers a spacious front porch, a small kitchenett, and a full bathroom with a hot shower!
