Cute 1 bedroom, one bath, suite, roomy bedroom, living area, bath, kitchen, pool and private fishing pier. Located on Pleasure Island, TX and close to Port Arthur, Groves, Nederland, Port Neches. Also close proximity to beach. This property is waterfront on Sabine lake with a 400 ft private pier, great fishing, a good place to tie up your boat. Night fish on the pier under the many lights and don't forget the awesome views. Occupants do live upstairs and share the outside areas on occasion.

The Outback studio

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guest studio. Completely free standing and private for quiet stay. Outfitted like a hotel room there is a queen bed, bathroom, living area and kitchenette with private driveway. There is a 12-in-one oven that includes an air fryer feature, a blender and hot plate as well as a complete plate and utensil set. Simple meals will be easy to prepare. If more is required, just ask.

This space is a 400 square foot free-standing studio apartment behind a 2 bedroom house. Full size bed, full bathroom, and kitchenette. Toaster, microwave, mini fridge/freezer, and Kurig coffee pot in unit. I’ve also included a hot plate and pots/pans for minimal cooking. Brand new, very quiet wall A/C. Blackout curtains, clean and fresh. Wall-mounted TV with Amazon Firestick and fast Wifi.
