The Treehouse

Welcome to the Treehouse. This is our home away from home—and hopefully yours too. We love coming to the treehouse just off clear Rock Lake. The Treehouse is a getaway, although there are neighbors, you feel as if you are nestled in a grove of trees. The house itself provides places where guests can linger, relax, sip a glass of wine or a cup of java or simply just be. One of my favorite features is the glass windows that wrap up around the ceiling so that it feels like the outside is coming in.

Charming, peaceful Rock River Haven

Enjoy the lower level of our charming home nestled at the banks of the Rock River. Spectacular natural light with gorgeous views. Located on a quiet cul de sac. Serene view of the water through two triple patio doors off the spacious living area. Enjoy sipping coffee on the patio. Canoe, kayaks or paddle boards. Come and go as you please with a separate, private, locked entrance. Entertainment-corn hole, giant jenga, ping pong, darts, air hockey. A hot tub is available ($25 maintenance fee).

The Ferry House

Come enjoy our Lake Mills lakeside getaway. Enjoy your time with the family by the firepit after a game on our mini-pickleball court. Don't forget to walk 40 feet across the street to the beach to cool off! Our home is made for contemporary lake living and with so much room for the whole family and friends. Don't miss the rock wall or secret playroom for the kids. All the amenities and walking distance from downtown - two breweries, a winery, live music and every food option you could hope for!

YurtCation

YurtCation is a relaxing getaway with lake frontage and nature trails. There is another yurt about 300ft up the same driveway. There are a total of two yurts and two homes that have access to the same 17 acre lake. Each yurt is off the grid and has their own queen-sized comfy bed, wood stove, Weber grill w/charcoal, fire pit, firewood, fresh water, canoe, and clean Porto Potty. Pet Policy: Max two - Must be in your sight and supervised at all times or $500 fine and check out immediately.

Glamping Cabin on Cold SpringTree Farm

Unfortunately we can't accommodate same day bookings as we don't have enough lead time to prep the cabin for your stay. Glamping on a working Christmas tree farm. Beautiful single room stone cabin with loft and wood burning stove. Two small beds in loft and futon on main floor folds out into full bed. Lots of room around to pitch tents as well. Situated on 40 acres of land with a pond, barn with basketball court, creek and Christmas tree fields.

The Riverview Retreat, unique spacious upper.

Enjoy the upper level of this charming home nestled at the banks of the Rock River. Newly remodeled spacious 2 bedroom suite with eat in kitchen and separate living room. Private porch and balcony outside the laundry room. Clawfoot tub in the bathroom with a shower attachment. This suite offers plenty of natural light with views overlooking the river. Within walking distance to downtown and everything Fort Atkinson has to offer.

This property was remodeled and looks lovely! The house is located on a 1/2 acre, so you don t have neighbors right on top of you, and you don't have to walk to a park or beach. There are 2 bedrooms & 2 baths, a fully stocked kitchen and living room with a fireplace and air conditioning, and a garage for your toys. A paddle boat, 2 kayaks, yard games, board games, books, TV, internet, and blue-ray.

Koshcabin Lakehouse

Relax and unwind in this spacious 3-story lakehouse on beautiful Lake Koshkonong. Enjoy spectacular sunset views over the lake from the large deck off of the main level, the screened in porch off the lower level or the fire pit oasis by the 70 feet of shoreline. Cast a line from the private pier or bring your boat and enjoy all the lake has to offer. Short drive to Madison, Janesville or Beloit.

Chic Loft Surrounded by Nature

This charming shabby chic loft sits in the heart of the country between Madison and Milwaukee. The Lighthouse Farm is also a wedding/event venue (please inquire for more details) . A quiet relaxing environment, with lots of open space, natural sunlight and lush green landscape. Great for those looking to get away with easy access to metropolitan areas, lakes, rivers and hiking/biking trails.
