Welcome to our private, cozy garden apartment, conveniently located near Tulane University and 4 miles to the French Quarter. You'll be close to Audubon Park, the streetcar, and Freret Street. You'll be on a safe, quiet, tree-lined street centrally located in New Orleans. Off street parking included! Dogs are allowed with a pet fee. as long they are vaccinated and flea-free, and not allowed on the furniture. Please pick up your furry friend’s mess in the provided receptacle in the backyard.

Clementine's Room on Bayou St John

Clementine's Room is a lovely hideaway in Mid City on Bayou St. John. It is simply a bedroom/bath with tile shower, washer/dryer, and king bed. The door is next to a gazebo for outdoor time and the desk can be arranged for 2 to dine inside. There is a large Roku tv for streaming shows, a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle & coffee funnel for making morning coffee or tea, and dishes & flatware for heating up a snack. Also, it can be combined with our Sweet Suite for 2bed/2bath family booking

Irish Channel Apartment off Magazine Street

This historic apartment is centrally located one block off bustling Magazine Street - a hip, commercial strip known to locals for its bars, restaurants, and boutiques. It's one block from a grocery store, drug stores & bus line. It is also a close trip to the Garden District, Tulane, French Quarter, and the St. Charles Avenue street car line. It features a washer/dryer and a kitchen with all basic cooking amenities. Built in the 1880s, the apartment is awash with historic New Orleans charm.
