South end luxury condo, clean and modern

New is the word for this clean and modern townhouse in the popular Ocean Walk community. New kitchen appliances, new washer and dryer, TWO new bathrooms and newly upholstered furnishings make this an enjoyable stay. The condo offers comforts that include memory foam mattresses; essentials including paper towels and other paper products; all linens; and other “must have" items that a traveler needs. Welcome to Terrapin Lagoon! This is my wife's and my second AirBnB and we love being hosts. Our other AirBnB is located in metro Atlanta. We have been vacationing on Saint Simons for many years and decided to open our Townhome cottage to visitors as well. We are conveniently located in the popular Gascoigne Townhome complex, a short 2 mile drive or bike ride away from the quaint Saint Simons village and 3 miles from East Beach. Conveniently located where the causeway enters the island.

Sue's Place at St Simons accepts FLETC

This is a comfortable and very livable two level townhome within walking distance to the Old Village of St Simons, parks and the beach. Have a shared swimming pool. Only one mile to the beach and other convenient places to eat or shop. Have the basic supplies until you can get to the grocery store- coffee pods, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, soap, detergent pods, etc. Pool hours 8:00am-9:00 pm starting April 1st. Sleeper sofa in the living room is available if needed.
