My Dalmatia - Authentic Villa Fisola

Villa Fisola is an amazing newly built property situated in the peaceful village of Svirče on the beautiful island of Hvar. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, offering panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea, and featuring a private swimming pool, it provides the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a truly stress-free vacation. This apartment was freshly renovated in 2025. Spacious and cozy apartment with a lovely sea view balcony. It is placed on the third floor of our family house, “Veli Bok”. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, studio area (kitchen, dining area, sleeping area, and living room area), and a balcony. Ideal for a couple or small family with one or two small kids. Our house is located 20/25 minutes' walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5 km/2 km away.

It was therefore our intention to bring it back to life and restore this original idea – to offer escape, relaxation and pure joy to our guests in a beautiful setting.

You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.
