This Guest house is a Fantastic Place to rest and relax. Set on 10 beautiful acres overlooking pastures with Cows, Horses, and Chickens. We have an isolated feel but are just minutes from Hwy 11 and Interstate 20. The guest house has its own private deck with fantastic pastoral views. There is also a shared porch that has an outdoor fireplace, perfect for enjoying some fresh air on cool nights. The main room has a King size bed. The FoxDen is a large, comfortable, ground level mother in law suite with 1 spacious bedroom, a full bath and full kitchen, with laundry in unit. Separate entry, gated driveway, and five pastoral acres to enjoy right outside your door. We are 10 mins from downtown Covington, 10 minto Int’l Horse Park, 2 mins to Cinelease Studios, & 5 mins to I20. (Discounts for film/tv industry-ask!)

Welcome to our warm and inviting historic farm home. Enjoy a quaint and cozy stay with easy access to Athens, UGA, Madison, Monroe, and Watkinsville. You will enjoy the entire second floor. The space offers two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a third room with a double bed that can be used as a bedroom or common room, and a full bathroom with an antique claw foot tub and shower. There's no access to the downstairs. You can also relax on the front porch or back deck overlooking 9 wooded acres.

The Silos at Keel's Farm

Welcome to our working tree farm! Agritourism at its best! We love what we do and want to share it with others. We grow container and field grown trees, as well as blueberry and blackberry plants in containers. This particular silo was used on a cattle farm in Social Circle to store grain. Everything in it has a story that you can read about in a book we have provided. We mixed old with new to make this space feel like home. We look forward to you staying with us on our farm! *Accessible.

Looking to spend some quality time with your family or alone. This cozy basement apartment is the perfect option for you. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, & can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The property is located less than 4 miles away from the GA International Horse Park, 11 miles away from Vampire Stalkers (The Vampire Diaries), & 28 miles away from downtown Atlanta. The house is a shared living space, but don't worry, the basement is totally private & has its own entrance.

1811 Cottage at Sunflower Farm

The 1811 Cottage is as unique as the 120 acre farm it sits on with it's wide heart pine plank walls, ceilings, floors, and the duel fireplaces. This historic settler's home features a living room, master bedroom on the main floor, and a huge sleeping loft, making it comfortable and cozy for one to six guests. Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!
