Charming guest house with many designer elements in a park like setting. Drenched with lots of natural light (5 skylights!) and filled with all the things you need! Only minutes from downtown Princeton! This is part of a lovely estate that dates back to the 1700s. We live in the main building and are here to help if you need us! The Cottage at Sycamore Hill Farm

Escape to the country! The perfect mix of romance and convenience can be found at the Cottage at Sycamore Hill Farm. A newly renovated one room stone house w. a private driveway. Originally built in the late 18th Century, the cottage has wide plank floor boards and a wood burning fireplace . Modern amenities: stone-tiled bathroom w/ walk-in shower, central heat/air conditioning, electronic shades and Queen bed w/ luxury linens, futon in loft. Access to pool, hiking trails, firepit and creek.

New Complete-Living 2-Bedroom Cottage

Minimum age renter 21; only ID Verified. Renter must stay for rental duration. Capacity 5 adults; adult/child/infant exceptions if equivalent to 5 adults; extra person charge $40/person/day; max 7 adults (snug). Please provide guest's first names/ages. Queen, full, full sofa bed, rollaway bed; bring your portable crib. Has 3 TVs, linens/pillows, towels, personal care items, iron, kitchen/equipment, coffee/creams, BBQ grill, beach towels/gear, bike shed, Lev2 EV charger/bring adapters.

Peaceful Guesthouse

you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.

Situated in a centrally located neighborhood, kick back and experience all that the shore has to offer.

Separate, renovated, sanitized cottage that sleeps 4. 1bd/1ba backhouse with a full bedroom (queen bed) and the living room includes leather sofa bed (queen). Entrance of the cottage has a porch for morning coffee or evening cocktail. Fully equipped kitchen to cook & prepare food for the beach. 42-inch TV & free Wifi. Workspace w/ desk, chair, monitor. Air conditioning/heat throughout the cottage. 2 beach passes, beach towels, beach chairs. Plenty of street parking.

Country Guest House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on the farm. You will see horses, cows, goats, chickens & ducks. Family friendly. Animals roam the property & are safe to pet. You will hear many farm noises such as roosters crowing, cows mooing & more. This home is located in the country & a min of 5 miles from stores and shopping. Full kitchen, 1 full bathroom & 1 queen bed included. Upon request Queen Air Mattress or Twin Bed can be provided.
