When you enter the home, you will be immediately taken by the panoramic ocean views from Atlantic City to Avalon. This well-appointed home, from chef’s kitchen Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, to the Serena and Lily bedding, to the coastal / modern furniture, provides you and your family a welcoming environment. Enjoy the shore at this fully renovated luxurious beach house. This 3 bedroom 2 bath (with sleeper Sofa) can sleep up to 12 people. The space has been recently renovated. New kitchen, new bathrooms, brand new carpets, and hardwoods. An amazing in ground heated pool, with 8ft privacy fence highlight the back yard. The back yard also features ample seating, a fire pit, and a brand new 7 person hot tub. This is the perfect getaway for any family or families looking for fun at the jersey shore.

Beach Bungalo - Small House , Big Welcome! Cheerful, comfortable and throughly cleaned. 5-10 minute walk to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Healthy salt air and ocean frolics await. Off-street parking (4 cars), high speed wifi, Firestick TV. Great location - walk to BYOB Boat-to-Plate restaurants - easy breezy. Price is for 2 guests, additional guests $40 extra/person/night. Linens & towels included. Snow: we provide shovels/snow melt, we do our best to come shovel but can’t guarantee it.

"The Townsend" - Hot Tub!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Please read "the space" section, which gives room-by-room detail.

Bayside 2 BR Cottage - Dogs welcome!

This newly renovated 2 BR house is on the Bay and has a Modern kitchen, outside front deck or you can use common outdoor lounge area on the bay. Located across the street from restaurants, the Cove bar, St George's Pub, Acme and stores! ... or you can use the gas grill. Only a 2 minute drive to Atlantic City. This property accepts dogs! Sorry no cats. Just add a pet to the booking or add them as an extra guest. We also have boat slips on the property -please inquire for availability!

The Seagull’s Nest is a large Victorian-style home originally built in 1900. As experienced Airbnb hosts in Belmar, we enjoyed remodeling this home to keep the spirit of an old Jersey Shore beach house while also adding all of the modern amenities that everyone loves to see in a vacation rental. With plenty of space, multiple game rooms, and a central location near Belmar Marina and Main Street, it is the perfect spot for a getaway with family or friends.
