John & Michelle's Holiday House.

The front of the unit looks out to the boat ramp reserve with large trees and some filtered views of St Georges Basin. The boat ramp, jetty and fish cleaning table are just across the road, this area also includes public toilets and childrens playground. Just down the road you will find a cafe/ shop and further from there is Palm Beach which is great for the kids, fishing, kayaking etc. It is a great place to relax and unwind and only 10 minute drive to Hyams Beach. This a very unique property . The studio is in the grounds of one of the first houses in Sanctuary Point, built in the early 1950's. THERE ARE NO SHARED SPACES. THERE'S THREE SEPERATE BUILDINGS . STUDIO, BATHROOM/WC/LAUNDRY and OUTDOOR KITCHEN. You'll have the exclusive use of "'The Studio", bathroom/laundry facilities (20 steps from The Studio). Outdoor cooking facilities include , Cooktop, HW, sink, BBQ and fridge. The bathroom/toilet is in a separate building 20 steps across the lawn.
