Our delightful garden cottage is in leafy Berario, Johannesburg. Light and bright, our "little home" is the perfect place for business or personal travel.  Close to N1, Cresta Shopping Centre, MTN, FNB, WesBank and the Academy of Advanced Life Support. The guest cottage is separate, self contained and has private garden. The kitchen is fully equipped; including an oven, fridge and microwave. Wifi and Netflix is available. UPS power backup for loadshedding. Parking for a car on the premises.

Quiet Garden Studio close to Rosebank

Our studio is close to Rosebank, less than a five minute walk from Craighall Park shops and restaurants and a short drive to the hub of Parkhurst. Centrally located within a pretty courtyard, it is quiet and whilst attached to the main house, has its own entrance and secure parking. Guests have a private outside space with a table and chairs overlooking the flowers where they can relax and enjoy some fresh air. The studio is not suitable for children, babies or those with limited mobility.

Pete's Suite

Pete's Suite offers a centrally-located private suite in a secure area. Backup Solar Power ensures no interruption to Fibre & LTE internet connectivity. The property is strictly non-smoking. There is a separate entrance, shared driveway. Includes a bedroom, spacious lounge and kitchenette stocked with a few essentials. The bathroom has a large shower and excellent water pressure. Enjoy coffee on your private patio. Please provide a selfie, or we will be unable to confirm your booking.

🏡Located in a closed off suburb with patrolling security, this cottage is perfect for a couple’s getaway or business stay. It’s semi-detached from the main home, separate entrance to the cottage from a shared garage parking. 🚖 Please also note our property has 3 airbnbs but interaction with other guests is limited to shared garage, walkway and pool area There is an area to sit outside and take in the moonlight 2km from Sandton Gautrain station and Sandton City/Nelson Mandela Square

Tranquil guest suite in Brackendowns

A very comfortable guest suite located in Brackendowns Alberton, ideal for a couple or single person. With its own private entrance and secure under cover parking. We have solar installed, so we are not affected by load shedding. A tea, coffee station and mini fridge is provided in the guest suite. TV with Netflix. Plenty of cupboard space. The en suite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. Please note that this is not a self catering establishment, there is no cooking facilities.

Guests do not have to share any spaces within the home with any members of the household as it is a totally independent unit even though it is situated within the main house. The only shared areas are outside in the garden and at the pool.

Leafy Craighall Park, home away from home (Solar)

Private, safe, clean, modern outside room with small kitchenette and bathroom with shower based in the leafy superb of Craighall Park. There is a lovely private outdoor space with a table and chairs for relaxing. We have solar backup so generally have no load shedding issues. There is parking for one car. We are close to restaurants, shops, movies, Delta Park and the Rosebank Gautrain. A perfect home away from home for work or a weekend getaway!

Perfect contained room

We have recently installed solar panels and battery-backup to cope with the loadshedding as well as a large water storage tank for water outages Snug cozy contained room has a double bed, kitchenette with two gas plates and bathroom with a shower. It's not the biggest space (23,5 square metres) but has almost everything you need for a stay in one of Johannesburg's beautiful old tree-lined suburbs. The area is safe and close to the train.
