The Yurt at Frog Pond Farm

Our yurt (30' dia.) is rustic, beautiful, quiet, in deep woods with deck overlooking pond. Great for couples, small families (not childproof). Includes hot tub & Poetry Walk. Beds are futons. It's warm June-Aug. (no A/C, plenty fans), but way cooler than the city. It's cold Nov.-March (wood stove heat). Mini-fridge & microwave (no kitchen/plumbing). Parking and the bath-house are 2-min. walks (toilet, sink, shower). Two minutes to Saxapahaw. Read description for more info. NO PARTIES. No dogs.

We have miles of walking trails, ponds to fish, abundant wildlife, lots of peace and quiet, and beautiful scenery in all directions. Lake front ranch, sleeps 14+ w/dock & boat parking

This waterfront ranch-style home is located in a quiet cove on Lake Shores just off the main lake. The cozy cottage accommodates 14 people in the five bedrooms plus one full-size futon in the playroom. The lakeside facing kitchen is fully stocked. The dining area has two dining tables seating for 12+. Amenities include outdoor shower and use of Weber grill.

Henry's Cabin at Lake O' The Woods Estate

Henry's Cabin is small and cozy. Set in 110 acre house farm. It sleeps up to four guests. It is self contained with a full kitchen and bath. It over looks a lovely pond and has a fire pit for cool nights! Guest have access to the property's large pool area, tennis court and gym. A great place to escape!

Hunter's Retreat at Springfield 1842

Private log cabin with king size bed, kitchenette, bathroom on main level, two full size beds in the loft. Includes air conditioning and heating, sleeps up to 4 adults. Upstairs is accessed by a ships ladder so unfortunately its not suitable for all. 24 miles from VIR or around 30 mins drive time
