Windows galore, tree-shaded large lot, a swing on the front porch and off-street parking make it in-town serene. B's Bungalow is excellent for business or family visits. It is a 1/2 mi from the Coffey County Courthouse, the Outdoor Aquatic Center, and town center; 1 blk from disc golf/exercise mini course; and 13 mi from the Wolfcreek power plant. This house is less than three miles away from Pomona Lake and is part of a 180 ac. ranch. This spacious home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms that offer room for a large family or families, a large fishing, hunting party or work crew. The house is located in prime deer and waterfowl hunting area. Off a dirt road, the property is peaceful and has room for boats or several vehicles. Pomona Lake offers great fishing and boating and a wonderful beach to sit relax and soak up the sun.
