Night fish on the pier under the many lights and don't forget the awesome views. Occupants do live upstairs and share the outside areas on occasion.

It is approximately 5 miles from the beach (Gulf of Mexico). There are 2 local convenience stores within 3 miles of the home and a community recreation center. During the summer months, the recreation center has a swimming pool with dedicated lifeguards on duty. (Some rules apply) Downstairs bar, grill and pool table for your enjoyment.

Bring your boat we are between Sabine lake and Calcasieu lake and a 45 minute drive to the Lake Charles casinos. The grocery store is Browns and it’s 20 miles to Hackberry or 45 min back to Port Arthur for a Walmart or H-E-B 🚗So come prepared because once you arrive you will not want to leave.....the area is very remote 😊
