Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.

2BR/1BA One level cottage located on 8.5 acres surrounded by trees. Wi-Fi Internet w/ streaming services, 65" Smart TV, Netflix, Hulu, books & board games are provided: Tea, coffee & coffee maker are supplied. There is no cleaning fee, so please be clean & tidy up after yourselves. Woodland Cottage is kept fresh & clean; accommodates up to 6 people comfortably. We welcome everyone from all walks of life. We are 8 minutes from I-26 & 15 minutes from I-81 (via the I-26).

Resting on an acre of land and right off I 81 enjoy your stay in our cozy, country cottage.

This vacation home offers a large kitchen, family room, beautiful scenery and a relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy the nearby stream, the summer mountain air or the beautiful fall colors. Enjoy easy access to Roan Mountain State Park and local attractions. BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE NOTE PUP FEE IS $12 PER PUP PER NIGHT. CLEANING FEE IS $35 THERE IS NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE, OUTSIDE ONLY!
