Trails End Tunnel Hill Bike Trail Overnight Stay

Located at the end of the 58 mile Tunnel Hill Bike Trail. Fully furnished with full size kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom and pool table. No need to pack, all the basic essentials are provided including, but not limited to, bottled water, paper plates, utensils, towels, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, coffee, juice, milk, bread, etc. If it's not there, the Dollar General Store is located 5 blocks away. Full size bed, room for 2 additional people, inflatable mattress available upon request.

Contactless Check-in. This cottage has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It's private, tranquil setting is surrounded by nature. A King bed with luxury bedding ensures a peaceful stay. The cottage comfortably accommodates 4 adults with the additional sleeper sofa. The kitchen includes a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker. Also enjoy the cozy gas fireplace inside the cottage. Outside you'll find a large patio, gas grill, wood burning firepit, and a shady hammock .

Waterfront cabin on the beautiful Lake of Egypt! This property is located in a very secluded area of the Shawnee National Forest in Tunnel Hill, IL. You can relax by the lake and watch the wildlife or just enjoy the views from the built-in sunroom. This lake cabin is also located near the wine trails and is the perfect getaway to enjoy the lake amenities, hunting, fishing, zip lining, rock climbing, hiking, biking, and enjoying nature at its finest. Sorry, no parties or events allowed.

The Potel Tiny Home 14x40

Tiny home nestled on the edge of the Shawnee National Forest. A cozy one bedroom with full closet and stacked washer and dryer the bed is a full size. Kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave. It does not have a dishwasher. Living room has a smart TV sign in to your Netflix, Sling, YouTube TV etc. Wi-fi provided. No cable. Full bathroom with shower unit. Some of our guest has said sitting on the porch watching the beautiful sunsets each night was an added bonus for staying with us.

Located in the heart of the Shawnee National Forest, this farmhouse would be perfect during hunting season, enjoying the wine trails or simply hiking the beautiful Shawnee. Close to various locations in the Shawnee along with local diners for eating. House includes: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, shower, linens, bedding, kitchen, refrigerator, coffee pot, covered porch, private back porch, fire pit with firewood. Come enjoy the Shawnee all day, then relax in your private own country home.

Remodeled farmhouse in the heart of the Shawnee National Forest. Beautiful view, near river to river trail. Enjoy the wine trail. Hike or bike the Tunnel Hill trail. Ferne Clyff State park is just minutes away. The large yard is great for kids or dogs to play outside. 2 bedrooms with queen beds & a full bath with a new shower. There is also a hideabed in the living room. Hiking the Shawnee National Forest is just within walking distance. Garden of the Gods is only an hour drive.

Wooden Bridges (formerly Woodbridge) is a beautiful, modern and spacious ranch style home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. An open concept kitchen, dining and living area will seat up to 10 comfortably. Wooden Bridges can be enjoyed indoors, as well as outdoors, with nearly 600 sq ft of decks and walkways. Capstone feature is a covered pergola on stone pavers and houses a gas grill (LP provided) and an open fire-pit perfect for making smores.

Samson's Whitetail Mountain Rustic Lodge

The lodge sets at the top Samsons Whitetail Mountain, with close proximity to Shawnee National Forest for zip lining, rock climbing, hiking, Tunnel Hill State Trail or Shawnee Hills Wine Trail. You can relax on the beautiful porch or balcony and watch herds of elk , fallow deer, or other wildlife animals. Walk down to enjoy the view of the lake or just bask in the gorgeous sunset. There are multiple fire pits along the water, with firewood!
