Private cosy cottage in Khandallah

My place is close to Supermarket, public transport, local village and a 10 minute drive to the CBD. You’ll love my place because of the peace, quiet and privacy on offer with plenty of space to spread out. In our studio unit we also have a sofa bed available along with secure off street parking.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We are approximately 10 minutes from the ferry terminals. Because we a up a private right of way it is very quiet.

It's a walk up to a special view of Wellington

Nestled against the bush just above our home, our studio offers an amazing view of Wellington Harbour. Reaching it requires a brief uphill walk, but for those who enjoy the outdoors and don’t shy away from a little exercise, the reward is well worth it. The breathtaking views and cosy accommodation make the effort part of the experience. That said, if you prefer level access or are travelling with particularly heavy luggage, our studio may not be the best fit.

Unit has a separate entrance, and guests are welcome to share the deck and garden areas set amongst the bushclad hills. Small (75sqm) unit in very quiet neighbourhood available. Close to Ngaio train station, this cosy home is only 10 minutes into the central train station, ferry terminal and Wellington Stadium. The unit includes two bedrooms, a full kitchen, bathroom and washer/dryer. There is a small private garden and off street carport for a small car. There is free street parking for larger vehicles. Tui House

A perfect spot to stay for bush-walkers and mountain bikers or for sport or music fans in Wellington for a game or a concert. You’ll see tui and kereru and hear ruru at night. Otari Wilton Bush is over the road, Zealandia 2km away, and it’s a 10-min drive to Makara Peak. You've got a dedicated off road car park and you're 30 metres from a bus that runs at least every 30 minutes every day. You can cook, do laundry, and iron if you want to.
