"The cottage is directly across the street from Kailua Beach Park and less than two minutes walk to step into the ocean at the beach. This a legal vacation rental, license1990/NUC-1758. The property is tucked away one house back from the road into Lanikai, and described by guests as "a little oasis of quiet and calm." The bathroom has been remodeled with a new shower, sink and plumbing fixtures April 2022!

The house can be separated by locking french doors as a 3 bedroom 1 bath with 1 kitchen and 1 living room and then a separate 1 bedroom apartment with its own bedroom, full kitchen, full bath and living room and separate private entrance.

Smoking and the use of any drugs or vaporizers is strictly prohibited on or around our property. Due to an ordinance on Oahu, we are only able to host stays of 29 nights or more at a time.
