My apt is located in Joliet behind the beautiful St Raymond Cathedral, across from St Francis University and right off route 66. It is not too far from the Speedway and lots of beautiful parks. The apt has two bedrooms with 2 queen size beds & 2 air mattresses. My apt is family friendly with a crib, high chair and pack n play for your use. The apt is fully furnished and clean. Cozy private suite in the lower level. Guests have the suite to themselves. The bathroom is adjacent to the room and is private. There is a small fridge, a coffee maker, and a microwave oven. We are in Geneva, Illinois. We are LGBTQ+friendly. Our space is ideal for shorter stays and visitors on the go . Not suitable for staycations. Quiet area. Hosts live on the upper level and guests pass through our space to get to the suite. In a bind we can accommodate a 3rd guest and a pet. Welcome.

A fully finished basement which is where you will reside. Wonderful piece of home and serenity. A small but large enough for two-four people to enjoy. There is a full size bed in the main bedroom and pocket doors that close off the Murphy bed located as a second bedroom. Full size kitchen for your use, outside patio in back and front porch for your use. House is on well and septic system. Please NO PERSONAL PRODUCTS. No children under the age of 16 allowed not setup for kids

Come stay in our carriage house turned guest house!, the property has a swimming pool available during swimming season, which is June thru September. a separate Hot Tub and new BBQ for your private use; please indicate if you intend to use the pool during your stay, we need an hours notice to remove the cover; the hot tub is always ready to use. You will be sure to enjoy the proximity to restaurants, shopping in Ottawa, parks such as Starved Rock, and a variety of festivals.

Private Cottage in Cathedral District

Our cozy, 1920's home is located in the Cathedral district in Joliet. 3 minutes away from the Haley Mansion and 6 minutes away from the Jacob Henry Mansion. You get the whole main floor for yourself and your guest(s) with your own entrance through the front door that has a keypad door lock. I, along with my two mini dachshund puppies, stay in the basement. We have our own entrance through the back. You can park right outside on the street. So there is plenty of parking.
