Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Chestnut Ridge Retreat

Guest love the peace and the views here at our retreat. Enjoy a morning or evening in the hot tub, sun on the pool deck and swim in warm weather. Relax by the fireplace or fire pit (roast some s’mores). Walk the property to see the chickens, horse, donkey and goats. At our farm we love diversity, support all love, and don’t think that hate makes America great - if you don’t agree we may not be the destination for you. We have added a small chair that converts to a bed- we can squeeze 3 in.

The Ark at Zion Ranch

Nestled in the heart of a 35 acre ranch this modern A-frame offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Featuring 24 foot walls with floor to ceiling glass looking into a private forest. You'll find everything you need for a relaxing visit, including a fully equipped kitchen, deck, luxury and adjustable queen bed plus a twin in the loft and sofa that converts to a bed, there’s room for the family! The minimalist design makes this an ideal getaway for those seeking peace and simplicity.

Hoss’s Tiny House

The tiny house is located behind a big garage with a large gravel parking lot. It is very secluded and quaint away from the main road. The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.

The Serenity Cabin offers a 1100sq ft cabin on 70 acres. 1 master bedroom and pull out couch. Best copper bathtub and view around ! Exterior decks on both levels. “Expertly Designed “ TVs .
