Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

The Conner House

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Our apartment is new construction, outside is still a work in progress, and about 50’ from our back door. It’s above a drive under garage, but there is no access to the apartment from the garage. We love pets and made every effort to accommodate your four-legged family members. Both bedrooms have their own gated pet bedrooms and are roughly 8’ x 5’ and 5’ tall at its highest point sloping down to the floor.

The Serenity Cabin offers a 1100sq ft cabin on 70 acres. 1 master bedroom and pull out couch. Best copper bathtub and view around ! Exterior decks on both levels. “Expertly Designed “ TVs . WiFi Gated entrance , long secluded and private driveway . Mountaintop 360* views . Walk , hike , bring your dogs . Access to entire property. Grazing 🦙 🐖 🐐 🐓 from our mini farm next door . We are dog friendly and also offer guests private river access to the Watuaga River 1/2 mile down the road

Come stay at this newly remodeled home located less than a mile away from the Johnson City Medical Center! This cute bungalow is perfect for travel nurses or contractors looking for a place for a long term stay. New! The basement is now available as your personal laundromat with 5 washers and 5 dryers! I occasionally swing by to do linens for this Airbnb and one other that I have when it turns, and the basement is completely separated from the house with its own exterior door for access.

The Eggplant Cottage is a quaint gem located in historic downtown Jonesborough, Tennessee - the oldest town in the state. Upstairs, studio-style loft located minutes from historic downtown Jonesborough. Roughly 500 sq ft, this cozy space offers all the luxuries of home with a full kitchen, full bath, and private entrance with keypad. Centrally located, you can be anywhere from Asheville, NC to the beautiful Smokey Mountains in a little over an hour. We've created this space as a getaway for couples so we ask that children and pets are left at home. No handicap access as this is an above the garage loft.
