Waverly Cottage is a charming comfortable apartment in a peaceful country setting just 10 minutes South of Natchez. 1 Queen Bed with memory foam mattress comfortably sleeps two adults. Loveseat pulls out to sleep additional small adult or child. I am happy to accept small pets (under 20 lbs.) must be crated when left alone. Full kitchen features everything you need to cook up a gourmet meal. Enjoy a cozy sitting area with 42in. Satellite TV, includes Wi-Fi, Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

Private/Downtown/Keyless/Kitchenette/Wifi/Wine

"Rufus" is a private downtown Guest Studio located on the ground floor of Gabriel House, in the Downriver Historic District and listed on the National Register. The keyless entry opens directly into your studio. There is no "sharing" of space. It has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, coffee/sugar/cream, dishes, sink and complimentary wine. Situated very near the river, it's within a short walk of downtown restaurants, shops and music venues. It is a very comfortable and private space.

The Governess Suite at Lansdowne

Spacious two room apartment on second floor of 1853 dependency originally used as a school room and governess's private quarters. Completely renovated in 2017-2018, with fully stocked kitchen, dining area and comfy sleeper sofa for socializing or extra guest. Bedroom has Queen bed, sitting area, and bath with marble tiled walk-in shower. Ceiling fans in both rooms and on large private gallery - great for morning coffee or tea, listening to birds, or watching fireflies in spring and summer.

Come enjoy our newly remodeled 2 Bedroom , 2 Bathroom camp. We have a beautiful back porch for you to sit and relax to admire the waterfront view. You can feed the ducks, use the kayaks to take a stroll or fish, or just have coffee and read a book. We have games for the family, seasonings in the cabinet, and a coffee bar for your convenience. You’ll love my place because of the quiet, peaceful surrounding, whether it is sitting on the deck listening to the birds, or just kicking back and watching a movie. Or you can be in the midst of downtown in just a few minutes, while walking along the bluff taking in the stunning views of the mighty Mississippi River below.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.

Relax with the whole family and take in the gorgeous lake views! This home sits on Black River Lake with its own private dock and boat launch. Enjoy fishing off the dock or kayaking and paddle boarding, which are provided free. This home is a 4 bedroom/2 bath that sleeps 11.
