The Cowtown Carriage House sits in a cozy park like setting four blocks from Historic Route 66 in beautiful Baxter Springs. Guests enjoy off street parking (own private driveway) and self-check in which allows for ultimate freedom in travel plans. Relax on the queen size bed. The kitchenette is stocked with the essentials to prepare a meal. Guests are welcome to use the fire pit located in the gardens. This unit has one bed. Airbnb uses some kind of AI that insists there are two beds.

Lots of room outdoors to walk around, the terrain is rocky and uneven so sturdy shoes are recommended. This is a vintage, minimalist tiny home. Also it is the only Avett Brothers themed Airbnb that we know of:) They’re one of our favorite bands so this whole cottage is sort of tribute to them. We are walking distance from multiple restaurants and only a short 5 min drive from downtown! We have everything you need for a short or long stay with a fully functional kitchen, Wi-Fi, one bedroom and access to a large outdoor space and fire pit.

Klaver Cottage is a studio-style space for travelers to rent located just outside of Joplin, Missouri. Klaver Cottage is unavailable to rent for parties or locals to gather.
