Please note that we offer a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils in the kitchen area, there is no stove/ oven. Parties and events are not allowed. Any extra guests need to have prior approval from the host before they arrive on site.

Klaver Cottage is a studio-style space for travelers to rent located just outside of Joplin, Missouri. Klaver Cottage is unavailable to rent for parties or locals to gather.
