Come stay with us on our historic working farm! Relax on the back deck and enjoy views of our 12-acre property and peaceful pastures. For a more hands-on experience, join us for a tour to get a closer look at life on the farm. Established in 1739, our farm has a rich history in agriculture and livestock. The cozy studio-style cottage features an open living space with combined bedroom, living, and dining area, along with a kitchenette and bathroom with a shower for your comfort and convenience.

This 500 sq ft cottage offers an updated kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom with full size bed, living room, sunroom & outdoor gazebo overlooking the water. Perfect for a romantic getaway, writer's retreat, or a nice getaway to just unwind and enjoy the beauty of nature. Great nearby trails & about 15 minutes to downtown Middletown.

Quiet and private in-law suite. Located close to the center of Cheshire, convenient to Route 10, I-691, and Route 15. Near to grocery stores, great restaurants, and shopping centers. 15 minute drive to Toyota Oakdale Theater, 20 minute drive to Lake Compounce Amusement and Water Park, and 30 minute drive to Yale University, Museums, and downtown New Haven. A slightly longer drive will take you to to the beautiful shoreline, Hammonasset Beach State Park, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos!

The Farmhouse Stay is a 1780 cape situated on 15 quiet acres. The 2,000 square ft home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen, butler’s pantry, living room, formal dining room, dedicated laundry room, and an upper level landing.

This quaint farmhouse will be your home away from home. Enjoy the scenery and explore local attractions. The farm house is situated just feet from Joseph Preli Farm and Winery (also owners of the farmhouse) with its bountiful grapevines, fruits and vegetables. The farm and vineyard is known for it's old-world Italian charm. Family owned for 100 years, they respect history by using traditional farming methods and antique tractors. Relax with the whole family at this recently renovated, spacious 4 bedroom house on Beaver Pond. Centrally located in the crossroads of Connecticut and a short train ride away from NYC, come relax by the water in a quiet neighborhood setting. Stay home and enjoy a kayak or canoe on the pond or visit the many nearby attractions like mini golf, skiing, hiking or the rest that Connecticut has to offer. The home has been recently remodeled and has a very spacious yard.

Very comfortable 1 bedroom cottage 200 yards from the lake. Large bathroom with shower, heated floors and laundry. Full kitchen, living room with sofa and TV and wifi. Bedroom has a long double Tempurpedic bed. Finished porch with dining table/ chairs and a desk/work area. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, Patio with gas grill, popcorn air popper, rice and vegetable steamer. WIFI printer. Pack and play upon request. Washer and dryer, hair dryer.
