Studio 88 is a high-end studio apt. just 3 blocks from campus in the area’s best UofO neighborhood. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. It is an entirely separate 400sf living space with complete privacy. There is a King bed with high-end luxury mattress, full kitchen and private outdoor space. There is no carpet and we clean all counter and other such surfaces with disinfectant for each guest. Great restaurant options are just a short walk away. We do not allow dogs (sorry).

Great location in close proximity to the University of Oregon, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight Arena, and easy access to restaurants, health food stores, new 2023 state of the art YMCA, walking/biking paths and the Very Little Theater. This home is well equipped including washer/dryer, A/C, smart TV with complimentary streaming channels, high speed wi-fi for those working remotely, two-car parking plus off-street parking

College Hill 1-Bedroom Private Apartment

Bright, clean, College Hill 1-bdrm suite with private entrance. Unit has a kitchenette (w/Keurig, toaster oven, microwave, jr. refrigerator and hot plate), bathroom/shower and access to washer & dryer. There is a futon couch that can be made into a double bed for 2 more guests (FWIW it's not as comfortable as a regular bed). WiFi, television (w/Roku) and bluetooth speaker provided for entertainment. Walking distance to restaurants & bars. University is just a few blocks more.

Walk to Hayward Field! PRIVATE OASIS in South University, 4 blocks from U of O. Adorable one bedroom cottage w/ ductless Heat & AC. BEAUTIFUL BACKYARD w/outdoor seating and fire pit. Laundry on site. A peaceful retreat in a park like setting. Walk to campus in minutes! ***Located in South University, surrounded by high end homes, but it is in the university area. College parties can be heard on occasion. Only registered guests allowed at property w/o owner approval.

Studio in Downtown

This studio is walking distance to the University of Oregon, the Hult & Shedd Performing Arts Centers, The Jazz Station & Downtown Eugene. Eugene full of character, eateries and entertainment. The attached studio has a separate entrance, a kitchenette & outdoor patio. The main bed is a queen and the second is a twin that is a futon love seat with ottoman. If there is a third person it would be best to be a small child. The space is small and is best for 1-2 people.

Sunny Studio in the Friendly

Cozy up in this sunny studio located in the Friendly neighborhood. Snuggle up in the comfy queen bed by the gas fireplace. A wine fridge chills your food and beverages. A private full bathroom—separate from the studio—is accessible by a 40-foot lighted and partially covered walk to the garage. Enjoy the quiet back yard, patio, and garden. Restaurants, shopping, and parks are within a short walk. We welcome up to two well-behaved guest dogs with responsible owners.
