Vom Balkon blickst du ins Naturschutzgebiet und hast direkten Zugang zur großen Rodl. Im Obergeschoss findest du gemütliche Schlafplätze. The apartment is at your own disposal and has a private entrance. Ideal for people who are looking for something special or want to stay longer in Linz.

Perfekt gelegen ist unsere Wohnung für Durchreisende, Familien mit Kindern (gute Ausflugsziele), Radfahrer (Donauradweg) und Urlauber. Mit eigenem Airbnb-Zugang zur Wohnung ist Privatsphäre gesichert. Ortstaxe vor Ort zu zahlen: €2,40/ Tag Erw. Kinder bis 15 Jahren frei. Es wurde viel Wert auf Kinderfreundlichkeit gelegt.
