We designed this apartment to be open, with lots of natural light as we both remotely work. The bedroom has simplicity to help give you rest from the busy days of exploration. Located in Patan, our duplex apartment features a fusion of traditional Newari and modern design. Constructed using reclaimed materials, it provides a warm and inviting atmosphere. What sets it apart is the separation of the kitchen and dining area by a private garden, adding a touch of peacefulness and greenery to the living space. Additionally, the living space is on the bottom unit, offering separation from the bedroom in the upper unit which ensures privacy and comfort.

Suite room with a kitchen and bathroom within just 2 minutes of walk from the Boudhanath Stupa. The bedroom and kitchen are partitioned and a mini terrace is also available. Generally arranged for 2 people, extra beds can be added to accommodate more people with a slight increase in price. Modern kitchen with kitchen equipments and electronics, a dining table and a furnished bedroom with TV and a mini sofa are all included.

Charming, fully furnished spacious studio in the heart of Patan, 250m from Durbar Square and 100m from the Golden Temple. Queen-sized bed, AC(hot and cold), and 24-hour hot water in an inviting and safe neighborhood. Double-glazed glass ensures a peaceful stay. Perfect for a sun-porched getaway. The rate also includes house keeping twice a week where your bed sheets and towels will be changed once a week.
