Horse Farm Haven

Horse Farm Haven is a studio apartment with a beautiful view of the Monroe and Cove mountains as it overlooks J Family Equine's horse facilities and the beautiful Monrovian countryside. There is an enclosed back porch where you can sit and listen to the farm animals and enjoy the peaceful feel of the country. There are also local hot springs less than 10 minutes down the road! Guests with dogs will need to abide by my rules for dogs. Message the host for details before booking. No cats allowed.

Warm weather mths watch para-gliders land just up the street. We consider requests for 1 nt stays. Sleeps 5 comfortably.

Cozy Glamp w Sauna Access

Our Glamping Tents are located on our 10-acre boutique farm and nursery in a beautiful landscape with incredible views and Dark Night Skies. It is cozy camping in any season and includes a comfy Queen size bed, with mattress warmers, supplemental heat, lights, a sofa/futon sitting area, fire pit, picnic table and shared shower and restroom/space. Hot Springs, hiking, biking, horseback riding, ATV trails, State and National Parks are nearby. Pets are welcome when included in your reservation.

This property is also perfect for those coming to town for Fish Lake, sporting events, Snow College South activities, outdoor recreation, or the world famous Rocky Mountain ATV Jamboree (we have PLENTY of ATV/UTV parking space!). Home Base Resort #1

This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has one bedroom with king size bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, camping, fishing, within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but there is a fee of 20$ Please let us know if you bring a pet

Scenic Paiute Pines Cabin right along the river!

Scenic Cabin right along the Sevier River, with Stunning views of the Big Rock Candy Mountain. Mature shade trees, fire pits, picnic tables, and grassy areas make for the perfect setting. We offer many activities at the resort including River floats, ATV/UTV Rentals, Bike rentals, Horse trail rides, Zip lines, white water rafting and rock climbing. There's something for everyone. Come and relax at the Big Rock Candy Mountain, and home to the World Famous Paiute ATV Trail.

Cottage on Main

Cozy, quiet cottage in the heart of Monroe. Recently remodeled and ready to provide a relaxing stay for a couple or possibly three. Our home boasts a fully stocked kitchen, two smart TVs and new, cozy furnishings throughout. A pull out twin sized hide-a-bed is also included for that third guest. Our central location puts guests close to the Mystic Hot Springs, miles of OHV trails, as well as multiple National parks that are 1.5 to 2 hours away. Landscaping coming soon!

Rustic Log Cabin in the City

This rustic cabin was once located in Fishlake National Forest, now located close to 1-70 in Richfield UT. The exposed wood logs add so much charm and romance to this cabin. You definitely don't want to miss out on this unique historic experience. You are located within walking distance to several local restaurants, shops and the Bowling Alley. Entry to the cabin is by a 4 digit code that we will send you the morning of your booking.

Historic Pioneer Cabin

This is an 1800s original ranch house that has been modified to include modern amenities. This property has two beds and one bath. The kitchen features apartment-sized appliances and is stocked with basic items. This unit includes a washer and dryer, mainly because we know people come to our area to explore and get dirty. The Cabin is centrally located to ATV and hiking trails, Monroe Paragliding, Hot Springs, Hunting, and fishing.
