Escape to nature in a unique way with our secluded, forest getaway. Nestled in the heart of an indigenous forest in the Garden Route, our dome offers a perfect blend of luxury and wilderness. Our Dome is beautifully designed for comfort, with the indulgent outdoor living space blending seamlessly with nature encouraging guests to reconnect, relax and rejuvenate. As much as we would love to welcome all, the setting isn't child friendly and definitely offers a more wonderful getaway for two.

This vintage forest cabin is perched above our pristine mountain stream, set amidst a highly diverse indigenous botanical forest wetland.The cabin is entirely private with a large deck and extensive views of both mountain peaks. Hand built by owner over a period of two years, with hardwood floors throughout, hand waxed with beeswax polish from our own hives. Guests enjoy their own private access along their secluded forest path. A vintage Nestor Martin canon style wood stove will restore you.

Getting here is part of the adventure! The farm is only 5km off the R62 but this is a gravel mountain pass that requires the right vehicle. This gorgeous cottage is a perfect spot for travellers to rest their weary feet, or a couple wanting to appreciate the natural surroundings of Natures Valley for few nights. It is attached to our current family home. It has its own patio over-looking a lovely garden, which attracts many birds. The unspoiled beach is 50m from the house. Hikes, basic shop and restaurant all accessible on foot.

Suikerbossie Mountain Cabin

Soak up the peace and quietness while enjoying the true beauty that nature has to offer. The cabin was completed just before the lockdown. The building of the cabin was started by my husband and completed only 2 years later in remembrance of him.
