The Portico cabin, built in the 1870's, is cozy, rustic and carefully preserved. It is ideal for a couples getaway, small family staycation or solo retreat to escape everyday life and connect with nature. Enjoy the cabin and surrounding 60 acres, featuring walking trails, fishing pond, a large fire pit, river access with canoes, and historic church, The Portico. The Roosevelt

I built this cabin in 1989, this property has a lot of history, it was part of the land that my father in law acquired from the Roosevelt program, I believe that was in 1932, he was one of the few original settlers. we have 25 acres we are in process of making walking trail that will wind back and forth through the entire property. will be a good chance of seeing all kind of wildlife including deer turkey, squirrels and all kind of birds. Atlanta entire 2 levels family home pool house

A nice, romantic cabin like pool house, two stories, all wooden interior and finished living room, bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful view of woods and pool from deck and balcony. Flat screen, gas fire place, and Pool available but not heated in the winter. The cabin offer place to sleep for 4 people, two in the bedroom with queen size bed and two in de banquets of the living-room. Please respect our rate schedule additional guests after the first 4 are required to pay $25/night per person.

You will only be a 12 minute drive to a thriving downtown, where you will find music, restaurants, and breweries. Just 2 miles from Wesleyan College and 4 miles from Mercer University.
