This is a very well maintained 1945 fishing vessel converted to a floating home but is also available to be used for fishing or sightseeing. Or keep it basic and tied to the downtown Juneau dock. The Ulf can be brought out to the middle of Juneau harbor for your stay for an addl fee. A sightseeing guide can also be provided who can take you anywhere you want to go in the Se.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Centrally located in Mountainside Estates just above Twin Lakes. Upper floor has two bedrooms and full bath. Lower floor has kitchen, living room, and dining room, with bonus room currently set up as third bedroom. Washer and dryer and storage room with seperate exterior entrance. Two bedrooms with a private bathroom in a very nice family home. First bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has two twin beds. Shared access to kitchen and living spaces. Great neighborhood, close to glacier and hiking trails, easy access to shopping and restaurants by car or bus. Enjoy the hospitality.
