It resides in a quiet neighborhood 5 min from the glacier & is the gateway to outdoor exploring with incredible views right off the deck and many other trails close by. Relax in this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a full laundry. Enjoy riverfront sunsets from the open-air covered deck, 25 feet above the ground. The bedroom has top/down, bottom/up black out window shades for a peaceful rest and there’s a sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 4 total guests. It’s just a few steps to the river, or take a stroll to the Mendenhall Wetlands trail, 300 yards from the doorstep, along a 3 mile trail maintained all year. Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath home with 2 car garage. Just over the bridge from downtown on Douglas Island. Close enough to be in town in just a few minutes drive, but out of town enough to feel like you’re away from the busyness.
