This lovely 3 bedroom home has been recently renovated and is fully furnished. For your comfort we provide bedding, a coffee machine, free hi-speed wi-fi and Bluetooth speaker. The house has a fully fenced back yard and is pet friendly. The study has a second TV and couch, great for kids viewing. The house has a large covered veranda around 3 sides of the house. The back veranda has seating and a BBQ, the front has comfy outdoor furniture and overlooks the country hills.

Two Camel B&B 688 Little River Rd, Tumut

Yes we have a camel ( but only one now 😞 ) My B&B is in the beautiful Goobarragandra Valley 12 kilometres from Tumut. I am ideally located at the northern end of the Snowy Mountains to explore and enjoy all the region has to offer. Our immediate surrounds offer fantastic views, great bird watching and fishing. We are able to accommodate 2 adults and a small child under 2 years of age only. If your child is older then 2 please contact us first as we have a portacot only.

Amelia Grace Cottage is a self contained 1 bedroom cottage just on the outskirts of beautiful Lake Albert. Amelia Grace also has a very comfy pull out sofa bed, for those extra guest's if required. Set on 7 acres and just a 4 minute drive to Lake Albert and a 15 minute drive to CBD of Wagga Wagga. The property boasts beautiful gardens with plenty of fur babies too love.
