Secluded Archipelago Retreat near Vaxholm

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Enkel toalett och dusch ca 90 meter ifrån. Endast dusch under sommaren. Max plats för 2 personer.

Welcome to our house with large terrace in south and sea view. The house of about 65 sqm is located on Tynningö, an island near Stockholm. The house has 4 beds: a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. There is a house in garden with 2 beds possible to use in summertime. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. Big Garden.

Attached mountainbikes/bikes, kajaks, sauna and hottub are for guest disposal. Suitable for couples or the small family to enjoy a relaxing stay at the port of Stockholm, with nature at your doorstep. Här kan du bo i ett hus direkt vid havskanten i Stockholms skärgård. Endast 30 minuter med bil från Stockholms innerstad. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

This lovely Oceanfront villa, suitable for 6 people, is a luxurious place and it has a splendid location and is directly situated by the archipelago of Stockholm/ Gustavsberg in Värmdö. Big sun deck connected to the pier..From the indoor sauna you easily reach the pier via the outdoor deck and staircase, perfect for summer as well as winter. Possibility to rent a smaller boat upon availabily for trips in the neighbouring area as well as good for waterskiing and tube.
