Im Sommer lädt der See zur Abkühlung, Paddeltouren und zum Entspannen ein. Parkplatz: Ein privater Stellplatz ist verfügbar, und mehrere öffentliche Parkplätze befinden sich direkt daneben.

Our beautiful home is located right above the harbor of the lovely village of Spiez. Near the house lies a quiet park through which the train station and the local town can be reached within 5 walking minutes. The harbor with access to the lake and different restaurants is also very close and only a few minutes away. There are so many things to do in the region - and Spiez is the ideal spot to start! Interlaken with all its activities is reachable by train in not more than 20 min.

Chalet "Le Colvert" Chalet disposant d’un point de vue exceptionnel à proximité immédiate du lac et du centre-ville. D’une surface d’environ 50 m2, il comprend un séjour et une cuisine équipée avec vue sur le lac, une salle de bains avec WC et douche, 2 chambres dont une avec lits superposés. Il est complété par un balcon orienté sud-ouest d’environ 25 m2. Idéal pour un couple de retraité ou une famille de 4 personnes au maximum (2 adultes/2 enfants de plus de 5 ans).

STUDIO, de 25m2 et mezzanine de 10 m2 sont situés sur le devant de notre maison. Il se compose d’une grande pièce avec bloc cuisine, table à manger, canapé-lit 2 places. Douche à l’italienne, WC. Une Mezzanine avec lit double. Ce studio est équipé : sèche-cheveux, fer/table à repasser, réfrigérateur, micro-onde, four, bouilloire, machine à café Nespresso, grille-pain et TV avec Swisscom-Box et WIFI. Place de parc. Possibilité de réduire les vélos dans un local fermé.
